Stabilizers to prevent such oxidization (antioxidants) are added, which results in an increase in UV absorption, so that such reagents are not suited for absorptiometry.The product is a high purity solvent which contains no stabilizer, instead of which inert gas is enclosed. Low absorbance in the UV range and fluorescence intensity of the product are guaranteed.
