Environmental Quality Standard and New Drinking Water Quality Standard (in effect as of December 1, 1993) provide standard values and target levels concerning thiuram, which is sprayed as a soil sterilant.Thiuram is very unstable to temperatures and impurities and can be decomposed by impurities contained in the reagent used for determination of the compound. Therefore, a high purity product is required.Highly purified, the product has excellent properties suited for use in determination of thiuram.
